Terms and Conditions of Service
Cybnet's Terms and Conditions of Service are applicable to the provision of webhosting services and cover the rights and obligations of both parties.
General Terms and Conditions
The placing of an online order with Cybnet means that you have entered into a wehosting agreement with Cybnet.
The agreement will commence with the issuing of a username and password, and will terminate at the end of a 30-day notice period, falling into the nearest calendar month, from either party.
The registration of domain names cannot be cancelled, and must be paid for.
The agreement means that you will accept electronic invoices from Cybnet delivered to the email adress of your choice. No VAT is currently levied on invoices by Cybnet.
The website and content hosted by you is governed by and must comply with the laws of South Africa.
Cybnet reserves the right to alter prices and services at our discretion with appropriate customer notification.
You must comply with our Acceptable Usage Policy.
The liability of Cybnet in respect of service usage is strictly limited to the provision of the hosting service.
